3rd term 1st deadline

Authors names: Giuliana Müller and Cecilia Uhrin

Last week we started working on a cryptography challenge on the platform of Khan Academy. We had to resolve an encrypted message using hints. Cryptography involves creating written or generated codes that allow information to be kept in secret. Information security uses cryptography on several levels. The information cannot be read without a key to decrypt it. To decrypt the code we used a method called Caesar Cipher. It may look hard with so many letters, but it can be very easy to solve the code. If you search on the internet, you will find webpages that are translators, where you type the code and later the program translates the code in less than a minute.
We also used a method called ´´Define and Discover Skills´´ which consists in making questions to yourself, that in the end will help you to resolve the statement.
